Terms of use

What BOND is

BOND is software: a launchpad (bond.it), an automated market maker (BondSwap) and a trading terminal (BOND Terminal). It shows market data and helps you prepare transactions that you sign in your own wallet.

BOND does not hold your funds or your keys, and it is not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser.

Current status

BOND does not yet send transactions or move funds for you: you can browse public market data and, where it is switched on, sign in with a wallet message, keep a profile and post calls. Launching and trading are switched off. Launching will open on Solana Devnet first, where tokens are test tokens with no value. Live trading in BOND Terminal is switched off.

Mainnet use will require these terms to be finalised and published.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you sign. Check every transaction before signing it.

You must follow the laws that apply to you, including any rules on digital assets, sanctions and taxes. Do not use BOND where it is not allowed.

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to overload it, bypass its limits, impersonate others or launch tokens that infringe anyone’s rights or mislead buyers.

Content and tokens

Tokens launched through bond.it are created by their launchers, not by BOND. A listing, ranking or “hot” label is not an endorsement.

Token names, images and descriptions are stored on public networks (Solana and IPFS) and cannot be deleted by BOND.

Alpha Arena

Calls, tiers, points, guilds and Guild Wars are for information and fun. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed. Nothing is rewarded for posting to X. You are responsible for what you post; we may remove calls or accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. It may contain bugs, may be unavailable and may show data that is late or wrong. Smart contracts can fail. To the extent the law allows, BOND is not liable for losses from using it.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
