Draft for legal review. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before any mainnet launch.
Risk disclosure
Digital assets can go to zero
Newly launched tokens are extremely volatile and most lose all their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.
Prices on bonding curves and in pools move with every trade. Low liquidity means large price impact and slippage.
Smart-contract risk
BOND programs have had internal security reviews but no independent external audit yet. Bugs can cause loss of funds.
The programs are upgradeable. Whoever holds the upgrade authority can change program code. Before mainnet, this authority is planned to move to a multisig with a time delay.
Trust assumptions
Some reward and fee flows rely on a publisher key operated by BOND to post data on chain. If that key were misused, reward distributions could be wrong. This is a known design trade-off that BOND has chosen to accept.
Market data comes from third parties (for example GeckoTerminal, GMGN, Pyth and Solana RPC providers) and can be late, incomplete or wrong.
Execution risk
Transactions can fail, land late or land at a worse price than shown. Network congestion and fees vary.
Simulations and previews are estimates, not guarantees.
Calls, tiers and points
Calls in the Alpha Arena are opinions from other users, not advice. Tiers and points measure how past calls performed; they do not predict future results, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed.
Tokenized stocks as pairs
Tokenized stocks and ETFs are issued by third parties (for example xStocks, Ondo and Backpack), not by BOND, and BOND is not affiliated with them. Issuers can pause, freeze or move these tokens and can halt trading. A token paired with a stock trades in Creator mode only, and creator fees are paid in the stock token. Prices may be unavailable outside market hours, and corporate actions can change token amounts. Stock pairs are not available for launch today.
Regulatory risk
Rules for digital assets differ by country and change often. Some features may become unavailable to you.
Not advice
Nothing on BOND is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Rankings, labels and analytics are information only.
